Brent Frary

Brent Frary is the founding member of Frary Law PLLC. He focuses his practice areas in real estate, estate planning, estate administration, elder law, and guardianship matters throughout the greater capital region.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York at Potsdam, his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, and a Master of Science in Bioethics from Clarkson University.

Prior to founding Frary Law PLLC, Brent gained hands-on experience representing clients through the Albany Law School Health Law Clinic under the Student Practice Rule and as a Judicial Intern in Rensselaer County Supreme Court. Admitted to practice in 2017, he has spent his legal career in private practice with a focus on real estate transactions, elder law, estate planning, and estate settlement.

Brent is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section and the Schenectady County Bar Association, where he serves as co-chair of the Real Property Practice Committee. He also serves as Vice President of Spa City Referrals, a local professional referral group.

Outside of work, Brent lives in Rotterdam with his wife, their three children, and their dog, Zelda. In his free time, he enjoys reading, skiing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
